This dentist is AMAZING! The front desk staff was super welcoming and helpful. Dr. Butler was very approachable, and easy to talk to. He sat down and got to know me and then did the exam. He actually cares about patients experiences and what they want for their smiles. I felt supported and valid in my concerns. The team did a great job explaining what was going to happen and asking questions to get to know me and my health history. Aimee was an amazing hygienist! So thorough and efficient and I love the way my teeth look! She made the experience that much better! Dr. Butler takes a lot of time explaining exam findings, causes, consequences and potential solutions. A huge plus for me is that when I have an appointment at 7am or 8am, it starts at 7am or 8am. They are always on time – everyone hates waiting around for their medical appointment to start, but I never really have to with Dr. Butler’s team.
